· Charlie founded three companies to date, DAS, Infinite Vision and Sponcor. IV is in her fourteenth year of sustainable growth and profitability. IV and Sponcor ventures were initiated without outside financing and have proven highly profitable. Charlie has a unique understanding of market demands and conditions. He has developed strategic relationships resulting in long term corporate growth with such companies as Carl Zeiss, Cisco Systems, Honeywell, Abbott, Covidien, Hewlett Packard, Woodward Governor, ZOLL Medical, Evans and Sutherland, Seagate and numerous others.
Through Charlie’s product development and manufacturing experience come a myriad of associates and partners. Said contacts have achieved many of their professional objectives through association with him. These relationships are leveraged for engineering development, material acquisition, prototype assembly, regulatory support, ongoing manufacturing, sales and distribution efforts. This network is utilized to establish our strategic supply chain partners for deployment and promotion of DAS’ Peace Keeper. He is a visionary with patent awards in mechanical and microfluidic applications.
Charlie is a humanitarian, has coached numerous teams as well as volunteered and mentored in the Very Important People program for children needing extra care and understanding

Edward C. Miller

Intelligence and Information Systems, U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Mr. Miller was responsible for the research, development, acquisition, testing and fielding of assigned programs in command and control, communications, computers and intelligence, civil affairs and psychological operations, as well as oversight of the command’s Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. He was a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service and is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act-Level III certified. Mr. Miller served as an
instrumental contributor in defining the initial organization and processes essential to the early acquisition successes of the Special Operations Command Research, Development and Acquisition Center.
